Cancelled reservations on certain booking sites have a 5% cancellation penalty

Agreements:
Check-In Form and Rental Agreement are required to be submitted prior to check-in.

ID and Credit Card:
Government issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) These must be submitted via the Check-In Form. Your room door code will only be activated after all these documents have been submitted

Guest Access:
The property is equipped with key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of your stay. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you in advance of your stay. This contains all the relevant house information, like wifi network names, password as well as house rules and check out procedures. Please let us know if you would like us to email you this information booklet or send to other guests.

Our kitchens are also stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and other items.

We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. We will send you detailed check-in instructions 72 hours prior to arrival and are available 24 hours a day with live help should you require it.

The Neighborhood:
Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.

Getting Around:
A car is required for getting around Horseshoe Bay. However, the property is a 2 minute walk to the HSB resort Yacht club and is very centrally located around the key resort amenities.

• No smoking
• 1 dog is permitted, must be under 20 pounds. No puppies or aggressive breeds. The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay
  . All dog information must be submitted in Rental Agreement. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar fee
• No parties or large gatherings. Smaller events or gatherings considered with prior homeowner approval. Please include any questions/requests in your booking inquiry
• The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.
• Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please no loud noise.
• Abusive or offensive music or language is not permitted. Violations of this will result in eviction as per the HOA rules.
