Guest Access:
The property is equipped with electronic key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of your check-in. Additionally, a property information booklet will be included with your door code. This booklet contains all the relevant property information, like wifi network names & password as well as house rules and check out procedures. Our kitchens are also stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and other items.

We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. We will send you detailed check-in instructions the morning of your arrival. We are available 24 hours a day with live help should you require it.

Car is required in Granite Shoals.

• One dog is permitted with written permission with a Non-Refundable $175.39 (Tax Included) fee. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar fee. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times other than inside the home in accordance with city ordinance.
• The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.
• Safety Notice: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. No cameras face into the house or look into interior spaces
